3. Students enrolled in the course receive online “learning management system” access to:
   • Strategic Management Performance System (SMPS) interactive modules with related tools embedded for easy access/download along with learning recognition exercises and quizzes
   • Discussion forum value add topic postings organized by phase of instruction
   • Downloadable readings and case examples organized by phase of instruction
   • Offline access to the SMPS team of subject matter experts.
4. Note: SMPS quizzes and final exam links (within modules) are for enrolled learners only.
